the IVETA Operating Bylaws and Results of the 2007 IVETA Services and
Products Evaluation are posted on the IVETA Members Web Site.
The
IVETA Operating Bylaws include comprehensive guidance and information
on: IVETA's Public Web Site and the IVETA Members Web Site, Broadcast
Electronic Mail to Members, our Newsletter and Journal Publication, Regional
and International Conferences, and the Professional Micro Grant Program
(PMGP).
It also covers Membership, Fees and Term; Executive Committee and Secretariat;
Committees; Awards; and Nominations; as well as Meeting Procedures, Minutes,
Meetings, Robert's Rules of Order, Organizational Structure, Constitution,
Legal Status, and Tax Status.
It includes informative annexes: Technical Coordinators/Editors Listing,
the IVETA Conference Guideline Template, guidance on the Professional
Micro-Grant Program, current Membership Fees, information on IVETA's Incorporation
and US Federal Tax Exemption, and a summary of Robert's Rules of Order.
