8TH IVETA AFRICA REGIONAL CONFERENCE REPORT
Information on the 8th IVETA Africa Regional Conference, in Swakopmund, Namibia, held 18 - 21 April 2010. The conference, organised by the Namibia Training Authority and Ministry of Education, was held at the Swakopmund Hotel and Entertainment Centre.

IVETA DECEMBER 2009 ANNUAL CONFERENCE IVETA’s Annual Conference for 2009 was held in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, December 18, 2009. It proved a great success! It was held in conjunction with the ACTE Convention there the same week. The theme of IVETA's conference was "Using Communication Information Technologies to Deliver Technical Vocational Education (TVET), Vocational Education (VET), & Career and Technical Education (CTE)” Attendees agreed the conference program provided most timely and valuable information on thisimportant area .
