GTZ supports the German Government in pursuing the development policy goals and also implements projects on behalf of other governments and international bodies. In the area of Career Education and Labour Market, GTZ implements at present 74 projects in 47 countries in Africa, Asia, Latin America, the Middle East and South Eastern Europe. About 320 experts work for GTZ in this field
From 2008 onwards, we expect a high demand for additional experts in our projects. We are actively looking for trainers, teachers, heads of department, teacher trainers and practical trainers. Regional focus are the countries on the Arabian peninsula. Currently we are looking for teachers and trainers for the „Al Ain Institute for Advanced Training“ in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, which is scheduled to commence its operation in September 2008 with 600 first year trainees.
The departments envisaged are (still subject to change)
1. Applied Information Technologies(Hardware, Software, Networking)
2. Medical sector (Medical Care, Physiotherapy)
3. Maintenance (Electrical / Mechanical / Automotive / Process Control)
4. Personal Services (Beauty, Jewellery, Travel, Fashion)

Experience in teaching, practical appraoch, good command of the English language, availability from August 2009 onwards. |
